Taking direct inspiration from Paul Pfeiffer’s work I wanted to explore the idea of digital erasure, or retouching, as a means of image building. Also being influenced by “The Society of The Spectacle” by Guy Debord, I was interested in what the focus of the image was and how that could be manipulated or changed with or without people noticing.
